Job Description
We are looking for a developer to enhance our internal lead generation sites. The developer will be working with an internal team to develop and maintain websites in PHP.
The candidate must have strong PHP and MySQL database skills. Please be prepared to share examples of PHP work. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, but would be comfortable with basic design principals.
We are looking for a person who enjoys working on a team and contributing to a creative atmosphere. Our ideal candidate will take ownership and pride in the work they do and be comfortable giving feedback about how to improve projects. Familiarity with SEO, PPC and multivariate testing a plus.
JOB SUMMARY
Designs, develops, and implements software packages for web sites. Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must have a good knowledge of web programming languages including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP and PHP. Has working knowledge of basic database design and usage (i.e., MSSQL and/or MySQL). Proven ability to adhere to good programming practices and procedures. Position requires creative abilities including writing and design conceptualization, good communication skills and the ability to organize multiple projects. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Development of designated websites.
2. Maintenance of developed websites
3. Technical intermediary between design and Programmers.
4. Graphical User Interface development.
5. Work closely with Web Designers to capture the user experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• College Degree in a related field and or minimum of 4 years experience in related field.
• At least 3+ years experience with web scripting languages, including ASP, JavaScript and PHP.
• At least 3+ years experience with MySQL and/or MSSQL Server (2000 and 2005).
• At least 3+ years experience developing HTML, CSS, XML and XSLT.
• Some experience in .NET web programming, both 1.x and 2.0, including ASP.NET in VB or C# using Visual Studio 2003 and 2005.
• Adobe Photoshop CS or later and Adobe Illustrator CS or later.
• 3-5 years working in a LAMP environment
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
• Experience working with the Drupal CMS preferred 
• Experience working with third party APIs, such as Facebook, Google maps, etc a plus. PlattForm is an energetic, fast-paced and creative environment.
